More shenanigans

So now the Bush administration has gone through with their threats to completely exempt factory farms from any EPA clean air regulations (been threatening since 2002.) Factory farms which are some of the largest sources of several different forms of pollution including (ammonia, nitrites and hydrogen sulfide) in the US. The Gist of the new regulation is: Factory farms can become exempt from EPA regulations if they join a new program to monitor their emissions. This is right up there with that great law that Bush put through to limit the amount of animal waste factory farms could dump into our water supply. Except that before he passed this law they weren't allowed to dump ANY.
